Once your order ships, we send a tracking link to your email. If you do not receive it, contact us at billing@jk-ecomerce.com with your order number.
You can request a return within 30 days from delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging. To start a return, email billing@jk-ecomerce.com with your order number.
After your return arrives and passes inspection, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was incorrect or defective.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Shipping rates and options are shown at checkout. Once shipped, tracking details are sent by email.
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and related fees (if any) are charged by your local customs authority and are the customer’s responsibility.
